Trying to animate all those students individually and match the motion with the sound would be exhausting

Makes me appreciate the lengths KyoAni goes to animating their performances, right down to the accurate instrument playing.

I appreciate KyoAni for Hibike Euphonium too, but it's much harder to animate string instruments than it is to animate wind instruments. XD I just hope they don't do CG for when the main characters are in the orchestra.
